Office Administrator

Job Description

The Office Administrator is a central role at Rocket IT, assisting with a large range of diverse tasks.  We are looking for a team player that is detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain an organized, productive, and enjoyable office environment
  • Answer phones and greet guests
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, food, and beverages
  • Send and receive mail and deliveries daily
  • Plan and manage monthly employee outings
  • Developing and maintaining internal policy/procedure documents
  • Building on-boarding packets for new employees
  • Light Bookkeeping
  • Promote and support Rocket IT purpose, mission, values and objectives

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree
  • 2 years of experience working in an office environment, preferred
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Intuit Quickbooks software
