Support Technicians help people be productive and happy with their computers and gadgets, providing quick and courteous "deskside" technical support to Rocket IT clients and employees in the field. They also setup, deploy, and support PCs and Macs, desktops and laptops, tablet PCs, IP phones and smartphones, printers, desktop applications, and security software. The Support Technician role is ideal for sharp, friendly technologists who love helping people.
