We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about making meaningful business connections and helping others succeed.
As Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying prospects and initiating the first outreach with potential clients. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target using state-of-the-art tools such as ZoomInfo and HubSpot. You’ll use your strong communication and relationship-building skills to book meetings and fill the pipeline for the sales team, helping Rocket IT expand our customer base. The ideal BDR candidate is results-oriented and driven to achieve.

Compensation and Advancement
BDRs enjoy a performance-based compensation package comprised of a base salary plus a generous incentive structure. The position has advancement potential within the sales team. Very successful individuals may advance further.
Rocket IT supports an office-centric hybrid model that promotes teamwork and fosters strong relationships between team members. Full-time team members are required to be in our Suwanee office at least 3 days per week and may be able to work remotely the other 2 days. Some exceptions may apply.
