As Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, building and growing their relationship with Rocket IT through consistent communication and in-person meetings. Because you’re a great listener, you’ll take time to understand your clients’ business needs and translate those needs into Rocket IT products and services. The ideal Account Manager candidate has experience managing technical accounts and working collaboratively in a team environment.
