As the Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship between Rocket IT and our clients. This is accomplished by regular communication and consistent in-person and remote meetings to develop an understanding of their business needs and then translating those needs into Rocket IT products and solutions. The Technical Account Manager will report to the Director of Business Operations.

Rocket IT supports an office-centric hybrid model that promotes teamwork and fosters strong relationships between team members. Full-time team members are required to be in our Suwanee office at least 3 days per week and may work remotely the other 2 days. Some exceptions may apply.
